====== VLC Music to a Textfile ======

I thought about making a playlist (textfile) out of music I hear.
This programm checks your VLC Title and adds the filename to a textfile.
Works good but I didnt edit the "if", so it just writes the same title every minute even if it is still the same song.
I might finish this soon.
